Give Conversations Good Titles
Chat Memo defaults conversation titles to your first sentence. For important conversations, you can modify the title in record details first, making it easier to find in future searches.

Yes, as long as you manually open the corresponding chat record, it will trigger saving (For Gemini, due to its special loading mechanism, conversations with more than 20 messages need to manually load historical messages)
Chat Memo supports web conversations on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Google AI Mode, Doubao, Kimi, Qwen, and Tencent Yuanbao.
It does not capture conversations inside mobile apps, desktop apps, or coding tools.
For requests, use Feedback.
It may be due to initialization failure between the webpage and plugin. Simply refresh the webpage once. If the problem persists, please contact the author for troubleshooting through Feedback.

If the conversation is from a platform supported by Chat Memo, delete the conversation record in Chat Memo, refresh the original webpage, and capture it again.
When loading older messages, scroll at a steady pace and wait for each batch to finish loading before continuing. Avoid scrolling quickly and triggering multiple page loads in succession.

Chat Memo currently syncs new messages and clear changes to existing messages in a conversation.
Because webpage content is loaded and identified in different ways, Chat Memo does not currently sync direct deletions of existing messages. This prevents saved content from being removed by mistake.
To make both copies match, delete the entire conversation record in Chat Memo and capture it again from the original webpage. Support for deleting individual messages will be added in a future version.
